1. I'm no longer an employee at Zumiez.
2. With the unemployment rate being about 8 points higher than normal, trying to find a decent job is unbelievable
3. My great-grandma passed away recently. It's the first death in the family and I didn't cry. She was a beautiful woman who was fortunate to live for 90 years and She has 50+ grand, great-grand, and great-great-grandchildren to show for.
4. I was re-introduced to some family, which was an amazing thing. and my cousins, who I hardly ever get to see came to the big Easy for a nice family bash. Growing up I never really cared to see them as much, but now I absolutely love all of them, and wish I could see them more often.
5. My boyfriend likes to grow molest-staches sometimes. I don't hate it though. I've never loved anyone more.

5a. Nic's mom wasn't too fond of me when I first started to come around. She's a very intimidating woman, especially because she despises tattoos. I wore long sleeves for the first two months coming around, but I decided to let it all out and she was ok with it. She likes me, and I'm so relieved. She is always trying to help us plan cute activities, like picnics, wine-tasting, and most recent a bounce house where-house. I really like her.

6. I'm taking my assessment test for Delta next Tuesday. I'm thrilled to be going back to school this summer.
7. We're planning a full-blown fiesta for my dad's 51st birthday. Mariachi bands, Pinatas, and a burrito bar included.
8. Lauren (Wall) Mitchell: I wish you and your husband would come home and visit because I really miss you both.
9. Ginger is getting old, and limpy.

10. I'm done.

My life has changed from getting ridiculously inebriated every weekend
to sitting at home reading books about wizards and frenzied lunatics, and ordering French independent films on demand with someone who I absolutely adore.

During an altercation between my Mother and Father last night...
My mom attempted to leave because she was so angry, and when I attempted to follw her out the door
My dad stopped me, and I've never been so afraid of him in my life.
I've never heard someone yell so loud in my entire life.
Pretty much... in his eyes:
it's all my fault that there are problems in the family.
Im tearing him and my mother apart.
I only use him for money.
I'm a liar.
I think of him as a liar (which is somewhat true, for good reasons.)
and Basically, I'm a screw up.

I can't be here.
I need to get away asap.

My mom and I went to LA over the weekend to spend time with these lovely ladies:

My Family is amazing.

Catch Phrase.
the dice game.
Rum&Coke and "jen" martinis.
sharing stories.
the "Blue Chip"
Mexicans with fake 'staches.

I experienced Road Rage at its best while I was there.
only 5 seconds of being on the freeway and my aunt yells:
"fuck you dickface!"
gotta love her.
gotta love all of them.

My schedule changes next week.
to weekends off.
My tattoo gets finished next friday.
and My birthday is in a month.

My weekend was a blast, well most of it at least..
Friday night I went to Joey's best friend's 21st birthday party.
I actually had a ton of fun, considering I only knew about 3 people there.
I met some very nice people, who I'll probably never see again in my life.
but they were righteous.

saturday was Tanis' party.
the Theme-less themed party.
It was a good ol' time.
saw some good friends.
then went to Ashlee's after

where this took place:

the last of us went to denny's around 4 or 5.
and then RJ and I fell asleep after saying every word possible that rhymed with
"Tom Petty"

Sunday I was a little bummed
so Johan and Kevin came over.
we went for a walk around 9 p.m.
reminisced on some of the days back in Junior High school.
and then Had a picnic at 11 at the elementary school.
we played 3 square and played on the big spider web.

I ripped my favorite pants.

but those boys definitely cheered me up.

I'm so blessed to have all the friends that I have.
I love you all.

Sept 9th 2006
I went to SF last night with the boyfriend.
we didnt do much.
Jamie had a fashion show
so we watched American Beauty
and went to Mels diner.
we passed out until about 3ish, when Jamie and her friends were back.
Big Bills, Joey, and I spent the remainder of the night giggling at everything.
oh, ganja food. you slay me.

Melissa's "i'm quitting MCI" celebration was a complete success.

Last night, we did our usual "wine on the patio"
but this time, we had an extra person.

It was a good time.
we all got goofy.

Joey convinced my mom he had a half black baby.
and angel became very blunt about...everything.

This has been an impeccable week.
from saturday night until this morning.
thank you to the 234908 people that have been in and out of my house through-out the week, for not thrashing my place.
I should make you all..cookies or something.
except for whoever knocked baby phil off the wall. haha.

just to let you know..
these three things make me realllly happy:

1. our boys are home, we've been waiting all summer for this.

2. this boy.

3. the fact that Frankie and these cans are the same height.

I'm content with life.
very content indeed.

so my mom and i were supposed to go to Nevada yesterday.
but instead a hay truck driver decided to take his corner too fast
and this is what happend:

luckily.
we are ok.
minor cuts and bruises.
and some awful body pains.

It was seriously the scariest moment of my life.
I hate hay trucks.

This is my life:

I went with these kids

to see my brother

In Humboldt County.

We went to the zoo.

and the beach

and played 'Captain Dickhead'

so My brother came home to vist.

which was really nice. but he took TK back home with him.

So Johan and I

talked about how we might want to move to Humboldt within the next year...
Its an idea...
anywho
I believe I need more ashlee/leann time too

and also some Tina time.

I miss my girls.

My life is improving each day, and ILOVEIT.
I'm officially the only child living at home, With Mike in Chicago, and Matt in Humboldt, My parents are treating me like an only child, and I have to admit its pretty amazing. Of course I miss my brothers, it would be nice to have them home... but Im forming a new bond with my parents and Im happy about it.
These past few months has been incredible. Ever since Ashlee and I have become single, we've been with eachother non stop. And we always seem to go somewhere, do something, or meet someone new, and I love every damn second of it. She's like the sister I've never had, like shes my blood . I love her (except when she talks to Adabama on the phone 24/7 and forgets about me. haha jk, I love you twatwaffles, and YES that means you too adam.)

I've decided that It's time for Leann Mitchell to settle down again.
this won't be easy.
considering I'm a very picky girl
but it shall be done. :)
I hope.
